MAKARIELL® Antibacterial PA
and PP
MAKARIELL Polyamide 6
MAKARIELL Polyamide 6 is based on a viscosity of 2,7. Other
products for extrusion are not tested yet. The typical thermal
and mechanical properties like stiffness, breaking strength and
impact strength maintain the same with the antibacterial
additive.

MAKARIELL Polyamide 6 reinforced
MAKARIELL Polyamide 6 is available with glass fibres. Also a
combined reinforcement with glass fibres/glass beads can be
offered. These materials are called hybrid reinforced products.
These PA 6 can be successfully used in a number of applications,
where beside the antibacterial effect, also high rigidity along
with fine surface finish, lower shrinkage and easy processing
behaviour is required.

MAKARIELL Polypropylene
MAKARIELL Polypropylene is based on PP homo polymer.
With the use of chemical coupled glass fibres, a high
stiffness can be reached in combination with high
dimensional stability and reduced creep behaviour compared
to non-reinforced Polypropylene.

MAKARIELL Thermoplastic Elastomers is based on
TPE-SEBS. For production of plastic parts in the foodstuffs
sector. Adhesion to PP in coinjection moulding.
